Standard Servo Motors Ltd Shipping


We ship every work day by DHL Express as a standard. It is a service that promise 1 day delivery and 2-4 to all other countries. (may be affected by weather and traffic) Order cut off happens at 12:30am GMT +0 London time. All orders cleared after 12:30am are shipped next day. Every order will have a tracking number with it or more in case of bigger parts. 

Collection in Person


If you wish to collect items, we are open for collections from 9am - 15pm. Anytime outside these hours the gates are closed. Special pickup time can be arranged through call/email, allowing us to prepare for your arrival. Our address is written down below or on contact page.

Arrange your own Collection


If you wish to arrange your own collection, we can pack the parcel for you and give you dimensions with weight. You then would give us the labels to stick onto your parcel, arrange collection between 9am-15pm and we would get it ready to be picked up.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

How to Return an Item


Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will be made no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods at Servo Motors Ltd and confirmation of condition.

1. Please email sales@servouk.com to request a return and we will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

2. Mail your returned item to our address:

3. Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee


All items are subject to a 50% restocking fee and this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid for the order.

Manufacturer Defect 


All items carry a 12-month warranty. If stock is available Servo Motors Ltd will replace or repair the faulty item after confirming the condition of the original item. If not we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation Policy 


If a cancellation request is received before the goods are despatched Servo Motors Ltd will provide a full refund. If the goods have already left our depot, then we will attempt to retrieve them. If this is not possible, then we will refer you to our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy.

Payment Policy 


Accepted Methods of Payment:

Bank Transfer - You have 1-month to pay your order before automatic cancellation.

Make sure all the bank charges are paid and the total sum sent matches your order total.

Credit Card Charges
